Introduction of forging

What's forging?
Blacksmith's technique like making swords developed in die forging which make
metal solid materials occur plastic deformation and form in requirement shape
by compressive deformation and blowing with a tool and a die.

Characteristics of forging
By being hit / pressed, the internal structure of the metal becomes dense and uniform, so the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and hardness are improved.
In addition, since it is formed into the desired shape, machining can be omitted or minimized, which leads to material saving.

Introduction of screw-press forging

Compared with drop hammers and crank presses,screw presses are very powerful so it can mold even a large workpiece in 1 or 2 blows.

Products with less dimensional tolerance and high precision can be made stably and efficiently.

Long stroke and powerful punching
With long stroke and powerful punching,hollow forgings, deep-hole forgings, and extrusion forgings can be made in 0°〜1°draft angle.
